A quarter century
of building what works

For over twenty-five years, I led automotive dealerships across Melbourne. I managed teams of a hundred people, held full P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar operations, and learned every lesson the hard way - in the trenches, under pressure, with real money on the line.

I watched brilliant operators burn out because their businesses couldn't run without them. I saw companies that generated enormous revenue but couldn't explain where the margin went. I lived in an industry that moved at the speed of handshakes while the rest of the world moved at the speed of software.

"I didn't leave the automotive industry because I failed at it. I left because I discovered something more important: the operating system underneath the business was the real product."

That realisation changed everything. I stopped trying to run a better business and started building a better way to run any business. AI wasn't a bolt-on - it was the missing layer that made the whole architecture work.

Now I focus on something bigger: creating the blueprint for how artificial intelligence transforms business operations from the ground up. Not chatbots. Not gimmicks. Structural change in how businesses think, decide, and execute.
